In case you haven't heard, St. Joseph Church is saved from the latest round of church closings, mergers and consolidations!  Under the announced reconfiguration, there will be 38 merged parishes, three parish clusters (involving six parishes) and 22 stand-alone parishes. The reconfiguration, when fully implemented, will bring about an overall reduction in the number of parishes from the current 124 parishes to 66 parishes.

A total of $512 was raised for the 2009-2010 school year and we're already receiving contributions for the next year.
