Something new will allow you to text-chat with others that are online at the same time.  The new Online Chat can help you keep connected with classmates without having to spend money for the cost of phone calls.  Just visit the Online Chat button listed in the Resources section to see who else is online too!  Tell your friends when you'll be online and you can have  group chat to plan upcoming reunions, or reminisce about past good times.

Results from a poll last year resulted in 21% of alumni voting for SJHScamden.org as a proposed new web address for this site.  Through donations made to the web site, finally the name was purchased and applied to the site.  You should now use SJHScamden.org in all conversations, e-mails and publications.

This year's party will again be held at Shannon's Country House, 490 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ.  The date is Sunday, December 7, 2008, from 2-7:00 PM, featuring  "Mr. Tujays"  band for our dancing pleasure.  The cost is $55.00 per person, which includes hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, followed by a sit-down dinner and Shannon's fabulous sweet table.  The open bar will feature beer, wine and soda, with a cash bar for any other drinks.  Tickets must be purchased in advance as NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.  For more information, you may email maryanncrist@comcast.net.

A new registration category has been created for those that only attended St. Joseph Grammar School.  This will enable those who did not graduate from SJHS to register and have a category of their own.

In case you haven't heard, St. Joseph Church is saved from the latest round of church closings, mergers and consolidations!  Under the announced reconfiguration, there will be 38 merged parishes, three parish clusters (involving six parishes) and 22 stand-alone parishes. The reconfiguration, when fully implemented, will bring about an overall reduction in the number of parishes from the current 124 parishes to 66 parishes.
